Ingredients
- 1 c. butter (not margarine), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 c. unsifted flour
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 egg yolk
Directions

1Combine the butter and unsifted flour in a bowl.

2Using a pastry blender or food processor, cut butter into flour until size of peas.

3Mix the sour cream with egg yolk.

4Stir into mixture until well blended.

5Gather into a ball.

6Divide in half.

7Wrap each piece in clear plastic wrap.

8Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.

9(Can be kept up to 4 days.)

10Roll out dough and cut into squares (4 or 5-inch).

11Fill each square with any meat you desire.

12Roll up; seal edges.

13Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
