Easy Refrigerator Roll Dough

- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Mazola corn oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 tsp. salt
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. Gold Medal flour (plain)
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.

2Stir in sugar, shortening, beaten egg, salt and 3 cups of the flour.

3Beat until smooth.

4Stir in enough flour to make dough easy to handle.

5Place dough in greased bowl, then turn greased side up.

6Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to use.

7Dough can be kept up to 4 days in refrigerator at 45° or below; keep covered.
