  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
  • Minute Rice
  • water
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Brown the ground beef and drain.

    Add the soup

    Fill the soup can with rice and pour in the skillet

    Now fill the same soup can with water and add to the skillet.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook on very low heat covered for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.

    Top with cheese and serve.

    Note: Always remeber to add the same amount of rice and water.
