Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 14 cups white rice
- 12 cup orzo pasta
- 3 cups water
- 3 packets instant chicken bouillon
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in saucepan.

2Add orzo and saute' on medium high heat till browned.

3Stir in rice.

4Meanwhile dissolve bouillon in water.

5Add parsley.

6Slowly add bouillon mixture into saucepan.

7Stir well.

8Turn heat to low and cover tightly.

9Let simmer gently, covered, for 20-30 minutes.

10Stir occasionally to make sure rice is not sticking to bottom of pan.
