  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese (can use skim)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 large eggs

Directions

    Prepare yellow box cake mix according to directions.

    Pour into greased and floured glass 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Beat Ricotta cheese, sugar and eggs until blended.

    Pour over center of cake mix.

    Bake in preheated 325° oven for 1 hour.

    Dust with powdered sugar when cool.
