- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. oleo, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water, add oleo, egg and sugar.

2Add flour a little at a time.

3Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes in greased muffin pans (may be greased with Pam).

4Batter may be stored in sealed container in the refrigerator for several days for later use.
