Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water, add oleo, egg and sugar.

    Add flour a little at a time.

    Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes in greased muffin pans (may be greased with Pam).

    Batter may be stored in sealed container in the refrigerator for several days for later use.
