Easy Rosemary Potatoes

  • 1 lb small red potato
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary (more or less)
  • water (for boiling)

    Cut the potatoes into chunks; about eighths.

    Boil them until they are about done; soft but still keep themselves together.

    Drain the water and add butter and rosemary to the sauce pan.

    Let the butter melt and coat the potatoes.

    Serve hot.
