  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (1 lb.) can flaked salmon, drained (liquid reserved)

    Melt butter.

    Add bread crumbs and stir until butter mixture is absorbed.

    Add milk, eggs and liquid from salmon.
