- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (1 lb.) can flaked salmon, drained (liquid reserved)

1Melt butter.

2Add salt, pepper and

4Mix well.

5Add bread crumbs and stir until butter mixture is absorbed.

6Add milk, eggs and liquid from salmon.

7Add salmon and mix well.

8Pour into a well-greased 2-quart baking dish.

9Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm and brown.
