Ingredients

  • 5 medium jalapeno peppers
  • 4 yellow peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz. to 16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies

Directions

    Cut ends off peppers, cut in half lengthwise.

    Place in pan with water to cover; cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.

    Place in food processor or blender with minced garlic, chop.

    Add tomatoes and dash of salt.

    Process to desired consistency.

    More or less peppers can be used to adjust heat to taste.

    Store in jar in refrigerator.
