Ingredients
- 5 medium jalapeno peppers
- 4 yellow peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 (14 1/2 oz. to 16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
Directions

1Cut ends off peppers, cut in half lengthwise.

2Place in pan with water to cover; cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.

3Place in food processor or blender with minced garlic, chop.

4Add tomatoes and dash of salt.

5Process to desired consistency.

6More or less peppers can be used to adjust heat to taste.

7Store in jar in refrigerator.
