- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can each: creamed corn and whole kernel corn (undrained)
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/8 c. sugar
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Directions

1Melt margarine in large microwave-safe bowl.

2Add corn; mix well.

3Mix in eggs, sour cream, sugar and corn bread mix; stir well.

4Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
