  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can each: creamed corn and whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/8 c. sugar
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Directions

    Melt margarine in large microwave-safe bowl.

    Add corn; mix well.

    Mix in eggs, sour cream, sugar and corn bread mix; stir well.

    Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
