- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lb. shelled raw shrimp
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- hot cooked yellow or white rice
Directions

1Melt butter in blazer pan or chafing dish.

2Add garlic and cool slightly.

3Add shrimp; cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp are tender.

4Stir in wine and parsley.

5Heat to boiling. Serve with rice.
