Easy Shrimp Fried Rice

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. peeled shrimp, uncooked
  • 1 tsp. Season-All
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 small can green peas
  • 1/2 small can carrots, chopped, not sliced
  • 5 c. cooked rice

Directions

    In oil brown onion well.

    Add shrimp and cook until pink.

    Add egg and stir constantly until cooked.

    Add 5 cups cooked rice, Season-All, soy sauce, peas and carrots.

    Mix together and cook over low fire about 5 minutes more, stirring constantly.
