Easy Shrimp Fried Rice

- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb. peeled shrimp, uncooked
- 1 tsp. Season-All
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 small can green peas
- 1/2 small can carrots, chopped, not sliced
- 5 c. cooked rice
Directions

1In oil brown onion well.

2Add shrimp and cook until pink.

3Add egg and stir constantly until cooked.

4Add 5 cups cooked rice, Season-All, soy sauce, peas and carrots.

5Mix together and cook over low fire about 5 minutes more, stirring constantly.
