  • 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 garlic clove (big)

Directions

    Place everything in a food processor and add a bit of water while it's processing.

    Keep adding water til it's the consistency you like.
