Easy Spinach-Asparagus Quiche

- 1 lb. chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus
- 1 c. grated Swiss-style cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 5 large well-beaten eggs
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (10-inch) quiche dough
Directions

1While the spinach is cooking, prepare the asparagus by removing the tough lower parts.

2Cut the asparagus into pieces the length of the tip of your thumb to the first knuckle.

3Place in the bottom of the pie crust with the spinach.

4Spread the cheese evenly over the spinach and asparagus.

5Mix the milk, eggs, butter and salt together and pour over the asparagus, spinach and cheese.

6Bake at 375° for approximately 45 minutes or until the top is evenly browned.
