Easy Spinach Souffle

  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked Minute rice

Directions

    In a blender, combine all ingredients except the spinach and rice; blend well.

    Fold into the blended ingredients the cooked and drained spinach and the rice.

    Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown around the edges.
