Easy Spinach Souffle

- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
- 2 1/2 c. cooked Minute rice
Directions

1In a blender, combine all ingredients except the spinach and rice; blend well.

2Fold into the blended ingredients the cooked and drained spinach and the rice.

3Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown around the edges.
