  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese

    (Cheese may be mixed in or sprinkled on top.) Turn into a greased 2-quart oblong Pyrex dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
