- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 4 to 5 carrots, cut up
- 4 to 5 potatoes, cut up
- 1 large onion
- 4 to 5 stalks celery, cut up
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 12 oz. can V-8 juice
Directions

1Put all ingredients into casserole or roasting pan and cover. Bake in 250° oven, for 4 hours.

2Stir several times during baking. Do not brown meat.

3During cooking, this will turn to a dark brown gravy.
