  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 c. water
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • noodles

Directions

    Brown ground beef. Drain. Add 3 cups water and bouillon cubes. Mix sour cream, flour and garlic powder along with a little water so it can be easily mixed.
  2. 2
    Pour sour cream mixture into pan with ground beef and water mixture. Cook and drain 10 ounces of noodles. Pour sour cream, ground beef mixture over noodles. Simmer until ready to serve.
