Easy Stuffed Peppers

- 6 medium-size green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
Directions

1Remove tops and seeds from peppers; steam shells about 5 minutes.

2Combine remaining ingredients using only 1/2 can of soup; mix well.

3Fill peppers with stuffing.

4Bake in moderate oven (375°) for 30 minutes.

5Pour remaining 1/2 can of soup over peppers.

6Continue cooking 15 minutes.

7Makes 6 servings.
