  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned with chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/4 c. sweet milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack

Directions

  1. 1
    Grease 10-inch pie plate. Stir taco mix into beef and put in pie plate. Mix milk, eggs and Bisquick; pour over meat. Bake about 25 minutes at 400° or until brown. The last 5 minutes of cooking, sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt. Very good.
