- 1 block tofu, drained
- 1 pkg. chop sui vegetables
- 1 pkg. surumi (fish paste)
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Chop vegetables into smaller pieces.

2Mash drained tofu and then mix in surumi.

3Add the egg and chopped vegetables.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Drop by tablespoon into a heated frying pan with vegetable oil heated at medium setting.

6Cook both sides until each piece is lightly brown.
