  • 1 large brisket (trim all fat)
  • Hickory Smoke
  • Kraft barbecue hickory smoke sauce
  • dried chopped onion
  • honey
  • red wine (garlic) vinegar
  • oil
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. water

    Line large pan with foil.

    Place brisket in foil.

    Pour 1/4 to 1/2 bottle of hickory smoke and 1 cup of water over meat.

    Close foil tightly.

    Cook slowly at 250° for 7 to 8 hours.

    Open foil, pour off all liquid and fat.

    Pour barbecue sauce and remaining ingredients over meat.

    Cook slowly at 250° for 2 hours.
