- Hickory Smoke
- Kraft barbecue hickory smoke sauce
- dried chopped onion
- honey
- red wine (garlic) vinegar
- oil
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Line large pan with foil.

2Place brisket in foil.

3Pour 1/4 to 1/2 bottle of hickory smoke and 1 cup of water over meat.

4Close foil tightly.

5Cook slowly at 250° for 7 to 8 hours.

6Open foil, pour off all liquid and fat.

7Pour barbecue sauce and remaining ingredients over meat.

8Close foil tightly.

9Cook slowly at 250° for 2 hours.
