- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (8 oz.) can condensed milk
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1In a double boiler over pan over medium heat, brown the sugar until golden brown; do not burn.

2Once golden brown and liquid, remove from heat and coat pan all around.

3Let it sit for 5 minutes.

4Blend the rest of the ingredients in blender and pour into sugar coated pan.

5Set oven temperature at 375°.

6Place double boiler pan in oven.

7Bake for 30 minutes.

8Insert knife; if clean the flan is cooked.

9Cool.

10Then turn the flan over into a deep dish and refrigerate.
