- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Add yeast to water.

2Melt margarine and cream with sugar in a large bowl.

3Add egg and stir into mixture; then add dissolved yeast and mix well.

4Add flour and stir until mixed well.

5Place in airtight bowl and store in refrigerator.

6To cook, spoon into well-greased muffin pans and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until done.

7Dough can be kept 2 or 3 weeks in refrigerator if kept in bowl with airtight lid.

8Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
