- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 small box lemon Jell-O
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar (1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar may be substituted)
Directions

1Heat tomatoes to boiling; lower heat and simmer 2 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and stir until Jell-O is dissolved.
