Easy Tomato Dosai

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup Raw Rice
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 2 Dried Red Chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Ginger
  • Salt To Taste

Directions

    Soak raw rice in water for around 2 hours. Drain and grind to a smooth paste along with all the other ingredients. Batter should be of normal dosa batter (similar to crepes) consistency.

    Heat a tava with a little oil. When hot, ladle on just enough batter to make thin dosas. Cook about 30 seconds, or just until dry and light brown on the bottom. Flip and cook the other side. Remove from heat and repeat with remaining batter.

    Serve with chutney.
