- 2 c. cooked, cubed turkey
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
- 2 (15 oz.) cans mixed veggies, drained
- 1 1/2 c. chicken or turkey stock
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix (Bisquick)
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix together turkey pieces, soup, mixed vegetables and stock. Set aside.

2Coat a 13 x 9-inch casserole with melted butter.

3Pour out excess butter and reserve for later use.

4Next, pour turkey veggie mixture into the buttered casserole dish.

5Blend together the biscuit baking mix, milk and excess butter.

6Blend until almost smooth.

7Pour topping over vegetable and turkey mixture.

8Bake 1 hour at 350°.

9Best when eaten first night.
