  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tube crackers, crushed
  • butter

Directions

    Mix Veg-All, mayonnaise, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Lightly spray baking dish with Pam cooking spray.

    Place mixture in baking dish.

    Top with crushed crackers and dot with butter. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
