- 5 lb. venison, cut into 1/8-inch slices
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. seasoned salt
- 1/8 c. pepper
Directions

1Saute venison in a bowl for 24 hours.

2Add enough water to cover the meat.

3Cook on grill on low heat.

4Add favorite hard wood for flavor.

5If none is available, use liquid smoke to taste and add more salt to saute to preserve meat.
