Easy Waldorf Stew

- 3 lb. stew meat
- 2 onions, in chunks
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 c. chopped carrots
- 4 medium potatoes, in chunks
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Arrange meat and vegetables in large pot in the order listed. (Do not brown stew meat.)

2Over top, sprinkle sugar, salt, pepper and tapioca.

3Cover with tomato soup and add 1/4 can of water only and pour over top.

4Cover and bake at 250° for 5 hours, stirring once or twice while baking.
