- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Karo
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine sugar, corn syrup and water.

2Bring to boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

3Boil rapidly, without stirring, until small amount forms soft ball in cold water.

4Pour syrup in fine stream over egg whites, beating constantly.

5Add vanilla. Continue beating 10 to 15 minutes or until frosting is right consistency to spread.
