Easy Yeast Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 pkg yeast
- 1 c shortening
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 c flour
- 1 c cold water
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

1Pour cold water over yeast and let stand.

2Using an electric mixer, combine sugar and shortening.

3Add eggs.

4Continue beating and add boiling water.

5Let stand until cool.

6Add yeast mixture, flour and salt, mixing well.

7Cover and refrigerate.

8When ready to use, punch down dough and knead lightly.

9Shape into balls and place in greased muffin pans.

10Brush lightly with melted butter. Let rise until double in size.

11Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 18 to 22 minutes.

133 dozen.
