Easy Yeast Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 6 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 3/4 stick oleo, melted in 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan
Directions

1Place water in large bowl.

2Add dry yeast and stir.

3Add salt and sugar; stir.

4Add 3 cups flour; stir.

5Add egg and Crisco and stir well.

6Add 3 cups flour; stir well.

7Cover and refrigerate. When ready to bake, divide dough in half.

8Knead half dough lightly.

9Roll into about 8 x 16-inch piece.

10Spread with half the oleo.

11Fold dough lengthwise in pan.

12Let rise to double in bulk. Brush other half of oleo on dough.

13Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.

14May bake other half following day or use as follows.
