- 20 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, divided
- 250 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

1MELT 8 chocolate squares as directed on package.

2Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy.

3Blend in melted chocolate.

4Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

5COVER baking sheet with waxed paper.

6Shape chocolate mixture into 36 balls, using about 2 teaspoons for each.

7Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet.

8MELT remaining chocolate.

9Use toothpicks to dip truffles in chocolate; return to tray.

10Decorate as desired.

11Refrigerate 1 hour or until chocolate is firm.

12Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
