  • 2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 c. sweet milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton whipped topping
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 can chocolate cake frosting
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
  • maraschino cherries

Directions

    Mix pudding and milk in large bowl; add whipped topping and mix until smooth.

    Line 8 x 11 1/2-inch pan or dish with graham crackers.

    Pour 1/2 of mixture over crackers.

    Cover with a layer of crackers and pour the other half of mixture.

    Add another layer of crackers.

    Top with frosting, beginning at edges and spread to center.

    Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.

    Garnish with cherries. Keep refrigerated.
