- 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour

Directions

1Heat to boiling point in saucepan the water and butter.

2Stir in flour all at once.

3Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves the pan and forms into a ball.

4Beat in one egg at a time. Beat mixture until smooth and velvety.
