- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- bacon strips
Directions

1Cook spinach according to directions.

2Drain thoroughly and place in casserole.

3Put undiluted soup in top of double boiler and add grated cheese.

4Stir until cheese is melted and well-blended.

5Pour sauce over spinach and top with partially cooked bacon strips.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

7Place under broiler to crisp bacon.

8Makes 6 servings.
