   Crush Oreo cookies in food processor.

   Set aside.

   Cream together margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar in small bowl. In a third bowl, whip together pudding and milk at lowest mixer speed for 2 minutes.

   Add cream cheese mixture to pudding; then fold in Cool

   Whip.

   Stir by hand until mixture is uniform in color.

   Alternate layers of Oreos and creamed mixture in flower pot, starting and ending with with Oreo crumbs.

   Decorate with gummy worms.

   Cover pot with foil and refrigerate for 24 hrs.
