- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 12 basil leaves
- 1 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped
- 4 whole wheat pita bread, cut in half
