- 18 slices of bread
- 2 10 oz. pkg. sharp cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 3 Tbsp. dried onion
- 8 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 qts. milk
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Fit 1/3 bread lightly into greased casserole.

2Sprinkle 1/3 parsley, onion and grated cheese on top.

3Make 2 more layers the same.

4Beat eggs lightly and mix with milk, salt, pepper and mustard, worcestershire sauce.

5Pour over bread in casserole.

6Let stand 12 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

7Remove from refrigerator 2 hours before baking time and bake at 325° for 1 hour.

8Serves 10-12 people.
