  • 2 c. chopped ham
  • 1 stick Cracker Barrel cheese (sharp Cheddar)
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. corn flakes
  • 1 stick butter

    Trim crust from bread.

    Butter 8 slices.

    Put buttered side down in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Add ham and shredded cheese. Butter the remaining 8 slices.
