- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 None green onions, chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 4 None eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a deep 9-inch pie plate.

2Blanch spinach by placing in a bowl and covering with boiling water. Let stand for 1 min. Drain and refresh under cold water to stop cooking process. Drain again.

3Sift flour into a large bowl. Add Cheddar cheese, ham and onion. Whisk milk, eggs and butter in a medium bowl. Whisk into flour mixture with spinach. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

4Bake for 45-50 mins or until golden and set. Serve warm or at room temperature with salad.
