- 6 English muffins
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. ground sausage, browned
Directions

1Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.

2Separate muffins and lay in pan.

3Mix onion, eggs and milk; pour over muffins.

4Layer cheeses, then sausage, then cheeses.

5Cover; refrigerate overnight.

6Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.

7Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
