  • 4 c. unflavored croutons
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

Directions

    Oil 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Combine croutons and cheese. Place in bottom of dish.

    Lightly beat eggs together with milk, salt, onion powder, mustard and pepper.

    Pour over crouton cheese mixture.

    Sprinkle bacon over top.

    Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 50 minutes or until set.
