- 1 1/2 lb. sausage
- 12 slices bread, cut and remove crusts
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 9 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. milk
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown and drain sausage.

2Cool.

3Beat eggs with milk.

4Add salt, pepper, dry mustard and bread cubes.

5Fold in cheese and sausage.

6Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan (no butter).

7Refrigerate overnight.

8Take out 1 hour before baking at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 9 to 10.
