- 1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 lb. (12 oz. pkg.) grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine chilies, eggs, milk, flour, salt and 1/2 cheese in 1 quart shallow pan.

2Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top.

3Bake at 325° for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours.

4May add cooked bacon, ham, etc. Makes 8 servings.
