  • 6 or 8 slices bread, cubed or torn
  • 1 lb. ham or sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 lb. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Layer the first 3 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Beat together the remaining ingredients.

    Pour over layers. Refrigerate for day and night, if possible.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
