  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 8 eggs, beaten with 3 c. milk
  • fried bacon or sausage

Directions

    Mix all but meat together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan the night before serving.

    In the morning, bake at 325° for 1 hour. Put bacon or sausage on top for the last 1/2 hour.

    Cut in squares to serve.
