- 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 10 oz. grated jalapeno cheese
- white bread
Directions

1Cover bottom of greased dish (10 x 15-inch) with bread.

2Mix eggs and milk; pour over bread.

3Put grated cheese on top and cover with foil.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

6Watch carefully so bottom doesn't get too brown and eggs are set.
