- 5 pieces bread
- 8 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1 1/4 c. shredded Colby cheese
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Butter 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Lay 5 pieces of bread (cut into strips) on bottom of pan.

3Whip eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

4Pour over bread.

5Shred 2/3 cup butter over eggs, 1 1/4 cups shredded Colby cheese.

6Brown bacon; crumble over cheese.

7Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
